Pahrump - Shoshone - Death Valley - Bakersfield

Today 3 months ago, I left South Africa to ride the ride of a life time and of my dreams, ridden over 28000km's and pass through South and Central America. During the trip the bike has performed well only hassles so far , right fork seal went  in Argentina, speedo cable breaking in Peru and then the diff bearing collapsing in Mexico, not bad if you consider she is carrying bike weight, camping stuff, clothing and me. Total weight 455kg. "Ag Shame"
Left early and headed to Pahrump, were you then turn left to Shoshone which is at the start of  " Death Valley "  Lowest point in the USA -282ft, the route was suggested to me by the Service Manger at the BM dealership when I had my tyres replaced. But I'am sad to say, if you ridden over the Andes a couple of times  & survived the Atacama  Desert then Death Valley is just a stroll in the park. Carried on heading West for a while crossing the Mojave Desert in Nevada and entering California at Tehachapi, which is a beautiful area of rolling green hills and has a Alpine appeal, snow capped mountain surrounding the town,  then connected  Route 99 North and called it a day just out of Fresno
